It's Been A While....

So.... Summer's practically over, but a great summer it's been.

Utah, Cali, Utah again, Idaho, Colorado. yeah, I made the rounds.

Keeping busy was nice, it made it more fun, obviously, it also made everything fly by....



Now I'm doing pre - school stuff, senate mostly. We had our retreat last week which was amazingly fun!

Now my friend laura and I are in charge of organizing the first day barbecue. if you want to read more about it you can visit our new senate website (or blog) which I am in charge or maintaining, there's a link on here....

and yeah....that's the very small summary of life right now. :)

Boom!

Well This school year is wrapping up pretty quickly now. It seems like it zoomed by.


All of the seniors have been gone for about 2 weeks and graduated for about 1. Now the young ones (me included) get to finish up the year.


Sigh.



It's actually really boring and stressful at the same time. Finals are coming up so reviews and studying plague the important classes. yet nothingness has infected the less academic ones. For instance we played guitar hero in choir today. hmmm . . .complaining? I think not.


Anyways the Summer fever, of antsiness, severe boredom, and a strange longing to be out in the scorching sun has taken the school by storm.

Three more oppressive, nazi controlled days of suffering before that beloved three month break that will steal our knowlege and increase our morale!

Conversations

I think I have figured out what it all is. . . .

(I know I know I babble on here a lot and I apologize, someday I will have interesting things to write for you to read)


Since coming to Colorado I haven't really had a chance to actually talk to anyone. Like no deep conversations or soul-bearing whatevers.

I think it is building up.

I think that is what is causing all of my problemos lately.

Which is great, that I know and all, but now I just don't have anyone that I can actuallyt do that with.


No one here fits the bill, everyone here is biased against me.

Like if I had a small problem with someone there is no one to empathize with me, they would all take the side of the person and go all defensive and It just wouldn't be good. . .




I need a therapist.

Well Enough Alone

Ugh. Lately sucks.

About a week and a half ago I had a Doctors appointment.


Apparently I am becoming am insomniac. (past month or som I get an average of 2-6 hours of sleep per night) And I guess that isn't enough. So now I am on a low dosage of benedryl, and a bunch of other stupid crap.


But that has been ok for the past week or so.


Now I am jsut really really really anxious, like . . .REALLY anxious.


Every stupid thing has been making me worry and panic. And I have no good reason for it!!!!




Sigh. I can't ride my bike for a couple days, cuz it is in the shop getting tuned up. So i don't even have that relief for a bit. (ps I'll post pictures at the botom)

So I think I am done venting, any suggestions/ advice I'd be more than welcome to listen.

Ice Age Heatwave

Oh boy, it has been a while again.

I am back in Colorado :( Spring break is over too soon and not soon enough at the same time.
I found out I did really good last quarter actually. I ended up with 3 A's and a C in math (which for me is most excellent) This quarter I ended up only having 3 classes and I have release time for my last block, so I get an extra hour and a half in my day! WOOT!

Yeah, wow my life has slowed down again. Now it is boring as ever.
All I do in life is School, seminary, hang out with my friends occasionally, choir on Sundays and that is about all.

But I am going to be my senior class V.P. which is pretty exciting, but freaky at the same time. Luckily I am going unopposed. So that makes it a little simple.

My friends are all good, lady friend included. :)

I got a bike for my birthday, and have been biking a lot. Like hardcore too. I ordered some of those sweet lycra/ spandex padded shorts and everything (they should be here in the next couple of days, Yay!)

I have written a lot on my story I am past the 30 page mark, which is nice. I always like progress. If you ever wanna see it just let me know and I will hook you up.

Choir tour is coming up, so are choir auditions for next year in the next couple of days, ugh I don't like singing solos, I have the worst range in the history of the world. But I will be singing "close every door to me" from Joseph and the amazing Technicolor Dream coat. Joy.

uhhh. . . .I can't think of anything else . . .

oh Steven! We are still becoming a folk parody duo, I decided it. I will get a guitar, you do the same, and we will write some wicked awesome songs. :)

It sums up my feelings right now pretty well.

So Yesterday I hung out with Corrie, that was pretty swell.

We went to Olive Garden for lunch, which was delicious and nutritious and all that good stuff.
I got Grilled Shrimp Caprese on Angel Hair Pasta Pretty much the best pasta I have ever eaten.

then we went shopping for food, to make out B-day dinner with on Thursday.
Then we went home, dropped off the food.
Next we went to FYE and I got a couple of CD's: I got MXPX for Dan, for his birthday. Then I got a Veronica's CD and Killswitch Engage, Great combination I tell you what.

Then we went and played Basketball, which was also great joyous fun. then went to another park and played catch with a football. and just chilled.


It was a good day.

Spring Break (Ugh)

Like it says, ugh. Spring break this year has been rather lame. Aside from the week of vacation in Utah and seeing my friends. It has not been so great.

So far I think the highlight overall was seeing Steve and Kari on Friday night.

Saturday was my birthday, but it didn't feel like it at all. So it kinda sucked.

But I still have a week, maybe I can hang with Steve and Kari more, maybe see some of my other peeps. . .etc.


hmmm.
